Credits are one-time purchases. They’re added instantly after payment and are consumed when you run an upscale. No subscriptions or renewals.
Upload JPG, PNG, or WEBP. For best results keep images up to ~2048px on the longest side; larger files will still process but may be auto-resized to stay efficient.
You can choose 2x, 4x, or 8x. Costs: 2x = 1 credit, 4x = 2 credits, 8x = 5 credits. The UI shows the required credits before you run the job.
Most jobs complete in 10–30 seconds. Larger images or 8x requests can take slightly longer depending on queue and load.
Credits remain usable while the service is available. There’s no subscription clock and no forced renewal.
Yes. Uploads are used only to generate your result and aren’t shared. We store them only as long as needed to deliver the output, then routinely purge.
If you haven’t used any credits from a purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days. Once any credit is used, that purchase becomes non-refundable.
